Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original presentation box along with all warranty cards and manuals, ensuring the protective film is still intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the timepiece, your refund or replacement watch will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
